CC ADOPTS THE OKANAGAN CHARTER FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS
CC is adopting the Okanagan Charter for Health and Wellness, a framework of the United States Health Promoting Campuses Network, which provides institutions of higher education with common language, principles, and strategies to promote health and well-being throughout the campus community.

Organismal Biology & Ecology Department Receives NSF Grant
Associate Professor of Organismal Biology and Ecology and Southwest Studies Dr. Rachel Jabaily and her two students Magdalyn Rowley-Lange ’26 and Cricket Mohring ’28, are conducting research this summer on how plants in the pineapple family respond to nitrogen. The team’s study is funded by a National Science Foundation grant.
